She provides high level customer service and has experience in bookkeeping assistance including accounts payable/ accounts receivable, reconciliations and payroll.

She takes a great deal of satisfaction from implementing processes and procedures that enable a business to streamline its operations. Lana is undertaking study to continue her professional development and become a certified bookkeeper.
