In 2018 Tennille made the leap from corporate employee to business owner when she founded Dream Admin Services. She saw an opportunity to bring her extensive experience in administration and financial management to small businesses outside the big city centres. Tennille wanted to provide business owners with a more holistic approach to managing their business backend, creating a one-stop shop for business support solutions.

Tennille specialises in supporting the growth of small businesses through building strong foundations. She helps overwhelmed business owners simplify, streamline and automate their business administration and improve their profitability. Working with her ‘Dream Team’, Tennille offers her clients a full suite of customisable business support solutions to help them grow, scale and thrive.

What started as a one-person show in her granny flat has now grown to employ eleven other women from diverse industries and experience.
